COPT Clermont Good News centre runs a weekly music program. The music program is open to the youth in the area and aims to keep the youth off the street where they are faced with all kinds of negative challenges. The group work together on choral pieces and haves formed strong bonds with one another, encouraging one another to make good choices in life.
The Music group has formed an association with a music school in the UK. Once a year they perform choral pieces over Skype – interacting globally with students that have similar passions. The UK school fundraises at this occasion and the money raised is used to purchase stationery, school uniforms, and help pay school fees.
